Welcome to Josie Burden Psychotherapy
My Approach

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, meaning I integrate various therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of each client. At the core of my work is a person-centred approach, where I prioritise your individual experiences and feelings. This allows me to draw from different modalities of therapy while keeping the unique perspective of each individual at the forefront of our therapeutic journey.

I see clients face to face, online and over the telephone and I am able to support those in other countries and time zones.

Starting therapy
If you are here, you are likely considering starting therapy. This can be a daunting step for many, I believe no problem is too big or too small for therapy.
If you're thinking about taking this step, please do not hesitate to reach out. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and receive the support and guidance needed to overcome your challenges.

I offer a free 15 minute call or zoom session before we start to see if we are the right fit. You can discuss. any anxieties, fear or concerns you may have, and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
